51. Convulsive seizures or loss of consciousness provoked by toxic substances, alcohol or medication are essentially inconsistent with driving a road vehicle, except where a period of not less than 6 months has elapsed since the last seizure, during which period the person remained sober and abstained from the toxic substance, drug or medication that caused the seizures or the loss of consciousness.
